An abandoned industrial facility that has been confirmed to be hosted by a collective called "Second".

The "Second" collective is a sub-group of the "PT:UFS" and is priorly working offline. A short time ago, the Second started to gather and stockpile large numbers of cans, which we fear contains fertilizer. This could indicate that the group is planing to assemble high-grade explosives.

The monitoring of the collective has now been raised to top priority.

Violent riots
Destruction of governmental property
Break and entering
Illegal demonstrations
Hosting public meetings
Obstruction of governmental operations
Handing out fliers

The monitoring/investigation will continue until video and data evidence is complete. Search warrant is currently pending.
